Position: Warehouse Operations Manager

Description:
Manages the audiovisual warehouse for the region. Oversees staff which includes a Floor Supervisor, and drivers / general warehouse personnel. Oversees training to ensure that all Department of Transportation and other safety regulations are followed. Oversees inventory of audio visual rental / staging equipment and accessories and provides that equipment to the appropriate locations on-time and likewise sees to its return through the Floor Supervisor and warehouse staff. Manages day-to-day operations through the Floor Supervisor and is responsible for the budget for warehouse operations.
Must have 2 to 5 years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience, required to have a strong knowledge and previous experience working with audiovisual equipment and accessories, firm knowledge of D.O.T. regulations, warehouse safety requirements. Ideal candidates would have a Bachelor's degree, and familiarity with R2 or similar inventory management system.
THIS JOB ENTAILS THE STORAGE, MAINTENANCE, AND TRANSPORTATION OF AV RENTAL / STAGING EQUIPMENT - NOT A MANUFACTURING OR A PICK/PACK/SHIP JOB. At a minimum, we’re looking for a knowledgeable AV professional who we can train on U.S. DOT regulations and other warehouse duties.
